Abstract

Der Einsatz automatisierter Kleinbusse im öffentlichen Personennahverkehr gewinnt für die Zukunft zunehmend an Relevanz. Nutzerakzeptanz und ihre Einflussfaktoren sind jedoch bisher weitestgehend unerforscht. Zur Analyse der Wahrnehmung der Kleinbusse wurde eine explorative Studie in Form einer deutschlandweiten Onlinebefragung durchgeführt. Die deskriptive Auswertung der Ergebnisse zeigt eine Offenheit gegenüber der neuen Technologie. Als wichtigste Einstellung wurde mit der Hauptkomponentenanalyse die „Positive Einstellung zu automatisierten Kleinbussen“ identifiziert.
