Abstract

Im Kontext sozialer Teilhabe ist Segregation ein bedeutsames Thema der Stadtentwicklung. Mobilität und Verkehr sind hier insofern relevant, als sich Bevölkerungsgruppen nicht nur hinsichtlich ihrer Wohnstandorte ungleich im städtischen Raum verteilen. Vielmehr existieren auch gruppenspezifische Unterschiede in der Wahl von Aktivitätsorten und Verkehrsmitteln. In Verbindung mit zeitlichen Variationen entstehen unterschiedliche Expositionen gegenüber gesundheitlichen sowie sozialen Chancen bzw. Risiken. Der Beitrag formuliert hierzu offene Forschungsfragen.
